Casting
In order to be accepted into the talent pool, an annual casting takes place in which the best talents present themselves to a jury. You can find all the important information about taking part here.
Casting 2025/26
Informationen zum Casting für die Saison 2025/26 werden im Sommer 2025 bekannt gegeben.
Eligibility to participat
All individual skaters from Team Novice and Team Junior of Swiss Ice Skating between the ages of 12 and 17 can apply for the casting via video:
- The video should be 1-2 minutes long.
- The video consists of your figure skating skills and a few words about your motivation for wanting to be part of Art on Ice young talents.
- Your contact details.

Past castings
2024/25
The casting for the Art on Ice young talents took place for the second time in November 2024. The jury was expanded to include world champion Denise Biellmann and show skater and actress Nobahar Dadui, and the talent team was expanded to include 5 more figure skating talents. The Talent Team 2024/25 consists of the winners (from left to right) Gion, Olivia, Leandra, Elisabeth, Ava, Vivienne, Tammaro and Ean (not in the picture)
2023/24
At the casting in autumn 2023, the best Swiss ice skating talents were judged by an expert jury for the first time. The winners Ean, Leandra and Olivia performed at the Art on Ice shows from 8 to 17 February 2024 in Zurich, Fribourg and Davos.
